Amazon Associates Disclosure
This is a sample page used to check the layout of Stowlore while the site is built. The wording below is written in Stowlore's own voice and will be reviewed again before the site goes live.
Our participation in the Amazon program
Stowlore is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a way for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
In plain terms: when you click a link on Stowlore that goes to Amazon and then buy a qualifying item during that visit, Amazon pays Stowlore a small commission. The price you pay stays the same either way. The fee comes from Amazon, not from you.
How this affects what we publish
Affiliate income does not decide which product we name as a pick, and it does not decide the order of any comparison table. Our editorial team chooses what to cover and how to rank it based on published specs, price tier and the themes we see in real owner reviews. We do not accept payment from a brand to raise or lower a product's place in a guide.
What we never do with Amazon links
We do not copy Amazon's star ratings or review text, and we do not place a hard-coded Amazon price on the page, because the live price can change at any time. Stowlore shows a price tier (Budget, Mid-range or Premium) instead of a dollar price, and every Amazon link carries the tag that identifies Stowlore as the referring site.
Marking affiliate links
Amazon links on this site use the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" attribute, which tells search engines and browsers that the link is a paid affiliate link. The disclosure on this page, and the shorter disclosure line near the top of every guide, cover every Amazon link you see on Stowlore.
